Preface On the CD you hear three young and talented musicians from the class of the composer and music teacher, M.Hofbauer. They play six-handed Christmas Carols and other new arrangements on the piano. These pieces are published in the books from Hofbauer and Gati. The recording reflects, as the title suggests, the phenomena of the “Fascination of Christmas” and expresses the warm-hearted, unaffected and imaginative feelings of a child. The trio Daniel, Leoni and Carlos are prize-winners at regional and national levels of the competition for young musicians (Jugend musiziert) in Germany.
